Work on the safety upgrade at the dangerous intersection of
Spokane-Cheney Road and US 195 has begun.
Securing the funding for this life-saving project was one of
my top priorities this session, and we were able to have it
fast-tracked by the Department of Transportation. To see

It’s an honor to represent you and your priorities in Olympia. The three
areas I see as most important for our community and the state are:
- a state budget that’s both balanced and reasonable;
- doing whatever we can to encourage good-paying jobs;
- and taking steps to improve health care for families, as well as make
sure the industry can thrive.
We’ll be taking up many other issues too, and your input and questions
are more than welcome.
